The Zero Emissions Regulations adopted by CARB, the California agency that regulates air, will impact all manufacturers that send merchandise to California by truck and that have more than 50 million in gross revenue, including income from all subsidiaries and branches. Manufacturers in most cases will be considered controlling parties and will be subject to controlling party requirements beginning in February 2024.
